IMPORTANT NOTICE MUD-N-YER EYE 2010

MANDATORY NEW SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

• ALL ITEMS MUST BE TIED DOWN IN YOUR RIG.
• INCLUDING ICE CHESTS, SPARE TIRES, HI-LIFT JACK, TOOLS, SPEAKER BOX or ANYTHING THAT MAY HIT SOMEONE DURING A ROLL OVER. YOU WILL BE CHECKED BEFORE GOING ON TRAIL.

DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE

• All California Vehicle Code laws pertaining to driving under the influence or open containers of alcohol apply to off-road.

STAY ON TRAIL

• Motor vehicles must stay out of vegetated areas. Stay on trails and obey all signs.
• All sections included in Division 16.5 of the California Vehicle Code "Off-Highway Vehicles" apply in the designated OHV area.

NO GROUND FIRES PERMITTED

• Campfires are permitted only in the concrete fire ring and concrete grills provided.
• You may bring a portable fire pit.
• Fire pit ashes must be deposited in a Concrete Fire ring

GATE CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT

• The gate will be closed at Midnight on Friday and Saturday.
• NO ENTRY WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THE GATE IS CLOSED.
• NO EXCEPTIONS
